Arc. Femi has Demonstrated ability to handle tasks and function well in a team, he has a proven record of very high values and integrity, strong client services and good project management skills. Adenuga possess a great engineering acumen, visual thinking, effective and strong ability in giving attention to details, accountability, strong execution, and problem solving capabilities as well as strategic planning skills with the ability to project delivery.
An accomplished professional with extensive experience in facility management, business development, and estate management. Having obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State in 2007, currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

Management of facilities at Mutual Alpha Courts, Costain, Lagos in 2015, her demonstrated expertise as a Facilities Manager at Lekki Gardens Estates Chevron Drive, Lagos in 2015 and her excellent role as Facilities Manager/Admin Officer at Stratongate Estates, Ikoyi, Lagos, and Miramar Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos in 2017.
